Lucie Walsh was born in England in the late 1800’s. She is reported to have lived in Walton-on-Thames, St Ives, London and in 1940, Cornwall. She was a painter of portraits and figures.

Lucie Walsh began to exhibit at The Royal Academy in 1906 and continued to do so at least six times. She also exhibited at The Society of Women Artists.

Lucie Walsh died sometime after 1940.
